This final volume of the series covers the Heer on the Western Front as distinct from the Eastern Front.

It therefore includes the clothing worn in France, Italy, the Low Countries and Germany - and not only those but also the uniforms and insgnia of the various foreign volunteer units in those areas, even the Cossacks are here.

Tables give branch colours and shoulder numbers for a wide selection of units so you can pick the right ones for, for example, a gunner in a Volks-Werfer Brigade in Italy and know which Brigade he was with too.

Excellent stuff. If you already have the earlier volumes of the series you won't want to miss this one, and if you haven't but are interested in the subject start collecting them now.

I recommend them all unreservedly.
