This accessory for 1/32 scale Fw 190A, F or G
variants could not be much simpler. It represents the late-model wooden
propeller blades, and is a direct replacement for kit parts.
Four parts are supplied in pale yellow resin. The
spinner is cast with the cap, base plate and pitch collars as a single
casting Only minor cleanup of this part will be required. The base of
the propeller blades are simen ply glued to the outer face of the pitch
collars. However, the lack of locating holes means that some
reinforcement will be required for a solid join. I recommend drilling
each mating surface and inserting wire or rod.
The profile of the parts looks very good. If you
want to build Hasegawa's, Revell's or J. Rutman's Wurger as a late
model, this will be a very useful accessory!
Recommended to moderately experienced modellers.
