F i r s t   L o o k

 

Cutting Edge have already released several decal sheets, a new cockpit, (Teknics) brass landing gear and conversions for Tamiya's superb 1/48 scale F-84 Thunderjet.

One of their recent decal releases extends this range even further with decals for two more F-84Gs and an F-84E.

One of the F84Gs has bold yellow and black stripes on the tail and mid fuselage plus a big piece of artwork depicting "Ricepaddy Ranger" under the canopy. The stripes for the fin and fuselage are all provided as decals. Cutting Edge has thoughtfully supplied each tail decal in two separate pieces - one under the horizontal tail surfaces and one over - to simplify alignment. 

The second "G" features blue trim and "Five Aces" artwork. The sole "E"  wears red trim and two kill marks.

Quality of this set is as high as their other products. 

These decals will be of interest to anyone building Tamiya's F-84, and in particular to those using CE's F-84E conversion.
